CONTEMPORARY EUROPEAN HOME

This trend setting contemporary home, in Northern Europe, was designed to maximise natural light and incorporate the latest innovations in passive design.

Exposed concrete walls, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and custom woodwork all contribute to the modern aesthetic of this passive design. Unique features include a floating wooden staircase, and a light-filled atrium that connects all three levels of the home. There is a bespoke wine cellar that was built to accommodate the client’s vast wine collection, as well as a full gym and wellness space with sauna and jacuzzi. The floors natural stone and Scandinavian wood. The owners are passionate cooks and the kitchen is central to their way of life. It was designed in collaboration with Bulthaup kitchens, and has Gaggenau appliances throughout.
